• Juminhyo: Residence Certificate, get it from the city office
• Kazei/Nozei Shomeisho: Latest tax papers, get it from the city office

If you are an Employee of a Company

• Zaishokusyomeisho: Employment Certificate
• Kyukashomeisho: Leave Certificate (if possible)
• Kyuryo Meisaisho: Payslips for the last 6 months

If you are a Business Visa Holder

• Tohon: Business Registration
• Eigyo Kyokasho: Business License
• Kessan Report: Pages including profit & loss for the latest year

Applying with Dependent (Husband or Wife)

• Zaishokusyomeisho: Only if they are a part-time employee
• Kazei/Nozei: Only if they have worked in the previous year too

Financial Documents

• Ginko Torihiki Meisaisho: Bank statement for the last 6 months
• Zandakasyomeisho: Final Balance Certificate

Additional Documents

• Property Valuation, Fixed Deposits, Shares & Bonds, Travel Records
• Marriage Certificate, Invitation Letters (if someone is inviting)
