• Zairyu Card: Residence Card; no cap, but a longer visa is preferred.
• Juminhyo: Residence Certificate, available at the city office.
• Kazei/Nozei Shomeisho: Latest tax documentation, obtainable from the city office.

If You Are an Employee of a Company

• Zaishokusyomeisho: Employment Certificate from your employer.
• Kyukashomeisho: Leave Certificate, if available.
• Kyuryo Meisaisho: Payslips for the last 6 months to verify income stability.

If You Are a Business Visa Holder

• Tohon: Business Registration document.
• Eigyo Kyokasho: Business License copy for verification.
• Kessan Report: Latest year’s profit and loss statement to demonstrate business viability.

Applying with Dependents (Along with Husband or Wife)

• Zaishokusyomeisho: Required if the spouse is a part-time employee.
• Kazei/Nozei Shomeisho: Only if the spouse has income for the previous year.

Financial Documents

• Ginko Torihiki Meisaisho: Bank statements for the last 6 months, confirming adequate funds for travel.
